105. ISAAC WILSON (Martha3 Willcockson, Isaac2,      ) b. 4 Oct., 1775, N. C., prob. Surry Co. as Joseph Wilson, doubtless his father, was on the 1771 list of taxables. He d. 19 Dec., 1863; his will signed, 11 April, 1861, and probated in Franklin Co., Ky., gives names of children and of the following grandchildren: Nancy Caldwell, John Wilson, Lucien Wilson, William Wilson, John Price, Jr., William Price, Lucy Mary Price, Susan Jane Withers.
        In 1784 he moved with his mother and step-father, John Whitaker, from Wilkes Co., N. C. to Fayette Co., Va., later Woodford Co., Ky. Isaac m. (1) 24 July, 1801, Lucy Morton, dau. of Jeremiah Morton, who bequeathed to her the estate known as "Mount Airy." Her mother was said to have been Judith Coleman. He m. (2) 9 April, 1831, Polly (Anderson) Macey, widow of Charles Macey, son of Alexander and Penelope Macey.
        Isaac Wilson served as corporal in Captain Edmund Bacon's company in the War of 1812, being promoted to the rank of Captain, March 26, 1814. CHILDREN:

C.; d. 29 May, 1859, Mulberry, Tenn.; m. 14 April, 1798, Woodford Co., Ky., Hardy Holman, b. 17 March, 1774, N. C.; d. 9 April, 1826, son of Daniel and Nancy (Sanders) Holman. They rem. to Lincoln Co., Tenn., 1808. Hardy Holman was a surveyor and laid out the present city of Fayetteville, where he drafted many of the deeds, engaged in farming and was a preacher in the Primitive Baptist Church for over 14 years.
